HitFellaz is a personal management company, not a big agency. It was founded by Eddie Isaakjan, who knows the music business from the creative side and the commercial side.
Almost two decades at Thomann, one of the world’s largest music retailers, many of them leading e-commerce and customer service teams. Since 2018, managing producer Lee through three number one hits in Germany, gold and platinum records.
That shaped how we work. We think in careers, not single releases. We’d rather get a deal right once than fix it ten times later. And we’ll tell you when a deal sounds good but isn’t.
From a session in Berlin to a writing camp in Dubai, we go where the music is made, in German and in English.

Christopher Lee Plowman, producer and songwriter
With us since 2018
Lee is a producer and songwriter. He started out on drums as a teenager and later trained as an audio engineer. We started working together in 2018, and soon after came his first number one, “Kein Plan” by Loredana feat. Mero.
Today he works across urban, pop and dance, hands-on with artists in the studio and at international writing camps, including Dubai with Trey Songz. He has also produced for the winner of “The Voice Rap” on ProSieben.
